If the video only contains resources that are yours, you can post it on Facebook. If you have used work created by others, you must ask their permission and pay fair compensation. This is the reproduction and disclosure of their material. If you shot footage or images of other people, you need to obtain their permission in advance for everything you want to do with your video. This includes the fact that they are filmed as well as the video's showing/distribution. This applies to all forms of disclosure, including Facebook.

In principle, everyone who contributes to a video is entitled to compensation. Compensation for salaried employees who contribute to the video as part of their employment is usually tacitly set to zero. However, external contributors can also participate free of charge if you ask them to do so. However, these fee arrangements must be made in writing. Otherwise contributors could demand fair compensation afterwards.
