No, this is not permitted. The images from Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, may only be used in these programs. It is, for example, allowed to publish a PowerPoint presentation containing Microsoft images as a PDF. A PowerPoint presentation containing images from Microsoft Office cannot be granted a CC license because reuse is limited to Microsoft programs. If you still wish to include a CC license, you can indicate that it does not apply to the images. For more information, see Microsoft Support.

This is usually not permitted in public generative AI tools. Publishers and copyright holders impose conditions on the use of their material, and many AI tools do not comply with these conditions. An increasing number of content providers (suppliers of databases, e-books and e-journals) are including an AI clause that prohibits the use of their material in AI systems. Some AI tools claim that imported content is (partly) transferred to the system, which may violate copyright law.
