Word allows you to include citations and a reference list in your document according to the APA guidelines. However, this citation method is currently only available for APA6, see APA in Word on how to obtain the script for APA7.

No, this is not permitted. The images from Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, may only be used in these programs. It is, for example, allowed to publish a PowerPoint presentation containing Microsoft images as a PDF. A PowerPoint presentation containing images from Microsoft Office cannot be granted a CC license because reuse is limited to Microsoft programs.
