Most institutions ask you to sign a permission form for the inclusion and provision of the thesis in a digital knowledge bank. By doing so, you permit reproduction and disclosure. If you have entered into an agreement with your work placement company that states your thesis may be disclosed within the institution itself but not to the general public, you can post your thesis on such a protected website.

Yes, but only to study, use or practise the content yourself. Only a natural person is allowed to make a copy, provided that there is no direct or indirect commercial purpose. And of course, you should only copy a small part of a book or magazine. These rules also apply to digital resources.

No, you may only make a copy for your own use. Only someone working in a library is permitted to make a copy on behalf of a person who wants to use the copy to study, use or practise the content themselves. In all other cases, only the copyright holder can make copies for someone else. This also means that you are not allowed to forward a digital copy (PDF) to a fellow student.
