How do I reference a work with no author of which a new edition has been published?

Can I use images from Microsoft Office in my own publications and give them a CC license?

No, that is not permitted. The images from Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, may only be used in these programs. It is therefore not permitted to publish a PowerPoint presentation containing Microsoft images as a PDF, for example, because this is an Adobe application. A PowerPoint presentation containing images from Microsoft Office cannot be granted a CC license because reuse is limited to Microsoft programs. If you still wish to include a CC license, you can indicate that it does not apply to the images.
