Is the library allowed to include the educational resources I created in its (digital) collections without my permission?

The copyright holder must give permission for this.

If the educational resources were created during your employment with a university of applied sciences/research university, the copyright in the educational resources is owned by the employer (the university of applied sciences/research university). In this case, the employer must indicate how it wishes to handle this. This may vary from employer to employer.
