People with a disability
Article 15j
Any act necessary for the following shall not be considered an infringement of copyright in a work of literature, science or art:
1°. the conversion of a published work into a more accessible form for a person with a reading disability or a person acting on his behalf, provided that the person with a reading disability has lawful access to the published work, the adapted work is intended exclusively for use by the person with a reading disability and the integrity of the published work is respected as much as possible;
2°. the conversion of a published work into a more accessible form for a person with a reading disability by an authorised entity, provided that the authorised entity has lawful access to the published work, the converted work is intended exclusively for use by a person with a reading disability and the integrity of the published work is respected as much as possible; and
3°. the disclosure of a converted work as referred to under point 2, by an authorised entity to a person with a reading disability or another authorised entity located in an EU Member State or a state that signed the convention on the rights of persons with reading disabilities, provided that the disclosure is for sole use of the person with the reading disability and is for non-profit purposes only.
