I am leaving the institution. May I use the research publications I have created?

This depends on who the copyright holder is. Often this is a publisher or your (former) employer. If you are not the copyright holder, it depends on what agreements you have made with the copyright holder whether you are allowed to use your work and for what purposes (e.g. in your teaching).
